Your AI doing things for you

Anything you can do in Nirvaana, you can ask Claude, ChatGPT or another AI you connected to do there for you: say something in a world's Team chat, message someone, add a reminder, mark a blocker done, change who is in a team. It's done as you, with exactly your permissions.

One setting says how much happens without asking you first. Out of the box, it asks first, every time.

Asking your AI to do something

Say it the way you would to a person:

Tell the launch team we ship Friday, move the deadline to Friday, and remind me Thursday.

Your AI finds the people and worlds you mean among the ones you can see. If two fit, like two people called Maya, it asks you “Which Maya?” and never picks one for you.

Remind me Thursday to send the deck, and tell Harbor Crew it's on.

Used Nirvaana: find, do

Both are waiting for your Approve in Nirvaana, on one card on your day.

A drawing, not a real screen. Your AI's words will vary.

When an AI asks Nirvaana to do something for you

In Nirvaana, open Settings and find “Your AI”. There are three choices:

When an AI asks Nirvaana to do something for you:

  • Ask me firstEvery time, a card waits on your day for your Approve.
  • Do small things for meWhat only touches you (a reminder, your own list) just happens. Anything others would see waits for your Approve.
  • Do most thingsWhat others see happens too (a Team chat post, a message, a blocker). Who is in a world, invites and cancelling for everyone always wait for your Approve.
A drawing, not a real screen. Ask me first is chosen until you change it.

The one setting holds for every AI app you connected. If you're 13 to 17, you can choose “Ask me first” or “Do small things for me”; “Do most things” isn't available.

What waits for your Approve

When something needs your yes, it waits on your day under “Your AI asks”, as one card for the whole request. Each line names exactly what it acts on (the world, the person, the event and when) and shows a post's or a message's words in full, with “Show all” for long ones. Each line has its own switch: turn off what you don't want, then press “Approve” once. Nothing happens until you do, and “No” drops the lot.

Your AI asks

Claude asked Nirvaana to do these 3 things for you:

  • Post in “Launch”'s Team chat, as you:We ship on Friday. Thanks, everyone.
  • Change “Launch review” on Thu 9 Oct 2026, 10:00 am, in “Launch”: starts Fri 10 Oct 2026, 10:00 am
  • Remind you on Thu 9 Oct 2026: “Send the deck”

Nothing happens until you approve.

ApproveNo

A drawing. The reminder is switched off, so Approve does the other two.
  • A big one (a message to 20 or more people, changing who is in a world, inviting someone new) asks you to confirm it's you on the card: with Touch ID or Windows Hello where you added it (see Touch ID and Windows Hello), else your authenticator's code or your password.
  • If your AI had just read someone else's words through Nirvaana, like an email or a page, the card says so, and it always waits for you, whatever the setting.
  • Posts and messages your AI sends show “via Claude” (or the app's own name) beside your name.

Inviting someone, by saying it

In the Nirvaana chat, or to any AI app you connected:

Add maya@acme.com to Launch.

Invite Sam to the launch world.

It never invites anyone by itself. It puts a card under the reply, and on your day, that shows exactly who: their initials, their name if you know them, their whole email, where they'll land and their role. They join as a reader unless you say builder. Press “Approve” and the invite is made; nothing is sent until then.

You asked Nirvaana to do this:

Invite to “Launch” as a reader:

sam@acme.coNew person, not in any of your worlds yetCheck the address: acme.co looks like acme.com

Your authenticator's code, to confirm it's you

ApproveNo

A drawing, with a made-up address. Nothing happens until you press Approve.
  • A name is matched only to people already in your worlds or your company, or to an address you typed. If more than one person fits, like two people called Maya, it asks “Which Maya?” and never picks one for you. If Nirvaana doesn't show someone's address, it asks you for it.
  • Someone not in any of your worlds yet is marked “New person, not in any of your worlds yet”, and the card asks you to confirm it's you before it goes.
  • An address that looks like a slip of one your people use, such as acme.co for acme.com, is warned about: “Check the address: acme.co looks like acme.com”.
  • If you ask Nirvaana to tell someone something and they aren't in any of your worlds, it offers to invite them first, and only does on your yes.

Touch ID and Windows Hello

Instead of typing a code for a big one, you can confirm it's you with your computer's own Touch ID or Windows Hello. Add it once in Settings, under “Signing in”: press “Add Touch ID” (or “Add Windows Hello”), confirm it's you with your authenticator's code or your password (or a code we email you, if you have neither), then touch the sensor, look at the camera or type your PIN when your computer asks.

Add Touch ID or Windows Hello

Touch ID for big actions

Nirvaana keeps only a public key: your fingerprint, face or PIN never leaves this computer.

From then on, a big one asks for it first: press “Approve”, and your computer asks for your finger, face or PIN. “Use my authenticator's code instead” is always there too.

You asked Nirvaana to do this:

Invite to “Launch” as a reader: maya@acme.co · a big one

Approve asks for Touch ID to confirm it's you.

Use my authenticator's code insteadUse my password instead

Nothing happens until you approve.

ApproveNo

A drawing. The person and the world are made up.
  • Nirvaana checks it itself. Your fingerprint and face never leave your computer: Nirvaana keeps only a public key, and each yes is signed for that one action, works once, and only for two minutes. A program on your computer can't make one up.
  • In the Mac and Windows app, a card's big one asks for it too. On Windows, a small Nirvaana window asks for Windows Hello. On a Mac, your browser opens a Nirvaana page that asks for Touch ID, then sends you back to the app, and the card goes on by itself. That page shows the card you're confirming: go on only if you just pressed “Approve” on it. The app offers Touch ID only for one added on a Mac or synced to it, and Windows Hello only for one added on that PC; otherwise it asks for your authenticator's code or your password.
  • Add it in Safari, Chrome or Edge, on the Mac or Windows computer that has the sensor. Adding one, and removing one with “Remove” beside it, each asks you to confirm it's you first. Ten at most.
  • It's only for big actions. Signing in to Nirvaana still asks for your second step, and your recovery codes work as before. Touch ID and Windows Hello stay on the computer you added them on. If you have no authenticator and no password, “Email me a code instead” is there beside them, and works on any other computer.
  • Every time one is added or removed, Nirvaana emails you, so you know if it wasn't you. Lost the computer? In Settings on another one, press “Remove” beside it and confirm it's you with your authenticator's code, your password, or a code we email you.

Activity, and Undo

Everything an AI did for you is listed under Settings, “Your AI”, “Activity”, a line each. Most things can be undone for a day. A sent message can't be taken back there: withdraw it in Team chat or Messages like any other.

Open Activity

ChatGPT sent a direct message

A drawing. A sent message has no Undo here.

Your day shows one line when an AI did something, like “Claude did 3 things · See”. “See” opens Activity. If something began and may not have finished, its line says so.

Under Activity, “Invites waiting” lists each address you invited that hasn't joined yet, with the world and their role. “Cancel invite” takes one back, until they accept.

Repeating

Ask for something on repeat, in the chat or in Claude or another AI app:

every Friday at 4, post a summary to Team chat

. From an AI app it comes as a card first, with the time and the task in full, and nothing is set up until you press “Approve”.

Once set up, it is listed under Activity, in “Repeating”, with one switch. Off stops it; On starts it again from its next time. When it comes round it asks in your day first and runs only when you say Yes, and a post or a message it writes still waits for your own yes before it goes.

Every Friday at 4 pm: Post a summary to Team chatNext: Friday, October 16 at 4 pm
A drawing. The switch is on; press it to turn this one off.

What no AI can do for you

Whatever the setting, these stay with you, in Nirvaana:

  • How you sign in, your second step and your recovery codes.
  • Deleting your account, and your plan and billing.
  • Deleting a world, or bringing one back.
  • Connecting or disconnecting an app, and what your AI may read or do.
  • Inviting people to your company.

What you tell your AI to remember still goes the usual way: see Memory and promises.
